Equipment Repairs:- Our ‘state of the art’ workshop is fully equipped to asses and repair your equipment ensuring it fully retains the equipments original performance standards;
- Equipment turn around using our ‘priority’ service is a maximum of 2 working days;
- All equipment is processed within a maximum of 5 working days when covered by our Warranty or Service Agreements;
- Equipment returned to us for service is assessed immediately upon receipt to prevent any unnecessary surprises. Any issues are reviewed and actioned immediately.
Warranty Extension:- The standard ‘ex-works’ warranty may be extended from 12 months to a maximum of 5 years demonstration the longevity of our product;
- Product repair turn around time of 5 days maximum with a Free Priority Service twice a year for the entire life of the warranty period;
- Priority Help Line Support 24/7.
Warranty Enhancement:- The 12 months ex-works Warranty is enhanced to provide full repair service on the customers’ site;
- We take responsibility for the rectification of any confirmed breakdown;
- Provides peace of mind as an insurance policy;
- Service response within 48hrs (where possible).
