Equipment Commissioning:

Equipment Repairs:

  • Our ‘state of the art’ workshop is fully equipped to asses and repair your equipment ensuring it fully retains the equipments original performance standards;
  • Equipment turn around using our ‘priority’ service is a maximum of 2 working days;
  • All equipment is processed within a maximum of 5 working days when covered by our Warranty or Service Agreements;
  • Equipment returned to us for service is assessed immediately upon receipt to prevent any unnecessary surprises. Any issues are reviewed and actioned immediately.

Warranty Extension:

  • The standard ‘ex-works’ warranty may be extended from 12 months to a maximum of 5 years demonstration the longevity of our product;
  • Product repair turn around time of 5 days maximum with a Free Priority Service twice a year for the entire life of the warranty period;
  • Priority Help Line Support 24/7.

Warranty Enhancement:

  • The 12 months ex-works Warranty is enhanced to provide full repair service on the customers’ site;
  • We take responsibility for the rectification of any confirmed breakdown;
  • Provides peace of mind as an insurance policy;
  • Service response within 48hrs (where possible).

Pro-Active Preventative Maintenance:

  • Ensures your asset is maintained to its full functional spec;
  • Minimize downtime due to breakdown;
  • Ensures equipment retains it’s latest spec. status;
  • Maintenance is carried out at a time to suit the users;
